man.....london is really cool. i really like it. yesterday and today jenelle had to work all morning and afternoon, so she gave me a list of things i could do and a map. i have been having tons of fun exploring the city. yesterday i did lots of shopping on oxford street, and today i went to the national gallery of art, and the courtauld institute of art. i got to see lots of great paintings and such. it was fun to be by myself and walk around. tonight me and jenelle went to a creperie and had delicious creps.
so i called martin, my friend that i met on the plane...and he was really excited to hear from me. tomorrow me and jenelle are going to take a train out to the country so we can visit him and his wife. we are really excited. they are so cute.

Good for you Cori and Jenelle. I'm so glad your going to take your friendship with Martin and his wife, to the next level. Be sure to invite them to our home here in Strasburg, it maybe on their list of travel places. They'll probably serve tea. Remember your tea party manners (smile) Take pictures of them and their home. Have a blessed time.
Love ya both.
This is my first visit to your blog. I can't believe I missed all this! I didn't even know Jenelle was in London.
I hope you and Jenelle have a good time at your new friend's home. Your mom is right, they will probably serve tea.
Can't wait to see a picture of your paper project. I have to do a little invesigating on your site.
Take care and stay safe! Give my best to Jenelle too!

oh cor, that sounds so amazing! man, I bet I'd like london better than rome...but that's just me..and really, how would I know--they're both incredible, I'm sure! wow--I am so happy for you, girl! it makes me excited just thinking about you over there having so much fun! that's really cool that you're going to visit the old couple you met, tomorrow! that should be awesome! for them to have you in their home and experience real english culture! it reminds me of when we were in Paris and we stayed with a French couple...its very similar to your experiences...its funny how we often have such similar situations happening in both of our lives, yah know?! :-) well anyway, I have some really exciting news to tell you about: I've been having problems at the bank, with my boss and just other annoying things that I'm not going to spell out for you right now...it would take too long, but I have been thinking that sooon, like by the end of March, I'd like to be working somewhere else. and I've been praying for God to provide me with something totally amazingly perfect! well, today he did. I went in to merenda zug's (don't get your hopes up...its not Zug's) and asked mrs. baker if she's hiring right now...but she's only looking for people to work sat. and sundays and I wasn't interested in that, but she said she'll keep me in mind. so anyway, then I was like, well I'll just go next door real quick and see if this place Finishing Touch is hiring. lol well, to make a long story short, they were hiring, they were looking for someone like me, a walk in, to hire, they are christians and loved me right off the bat, and I got a job within likw 30 minutes of talking with them! they are this older couple, really sweet and cute, and I'm like their friend already! I'm gonna hand in my 2 week notice at the bank today and then I'mm begin working for them Tues.-Fri. 10am-5pm like half way thru march! isn't that too cool?!?!?1 I am so thrilled and eccstatic! we'll be working right next to each other all summer long cor! :-) ahh...I think its so awesome!!!! well, gotta go for now...man, this got long. lol love yah!
