very very early tomorrow morning sarah, danielle, and i are going to cinque terra for the weekend to celebrate danielle's birthday. cinque terra is a city of 5 villages, and you can hike in between them. its located a few hours north of rome. we have heard that it is a beautiful area with mountians and a beach. we are going to try to sleep out on the beach to save money, but it might be way too cold. either way, it should be a fun adventure. it will be really fun just to be with sarah and danielle for a weekend.

Hi, Cori! Lucky you, going to the Cinque Terra! I have not been there but I have seen them on PBS show Rick Steve's Europe. Should be very laid back and restful there with LOTS of wonderful scenery. Rick hiked between all the towns on the show(s). You are going to have a great time. I look forward to reading about the trip.

You will LOVE Cinque Terra. We were there with our granddaughter Christa in 1997, and just loved the place. We did not sleep on the beach, but did have a wonderful time there. Let us know all about it. Love ya, Richard

oh, I have a story about smarties today. I was watching Anna Millen (almost 2 years old), and she wanted to play hide and seek. She wanted me to hide though, not her. So I went around the corner and told her I was ready, but she didn't come. I checked on her, and she was opening this pack of smarties! She looks up at me with a half guilty half surprised look and says "Go hide, Sarah, go hide!"...hahaha! So cute! So sneaky! Little kid deception can be too cute.
Please be careful hiking. We don't want any broken bones. Are you sure it's safe to sleep on the beach? I'll be praying for your safety and health

You are such a treasure Cori! It warms my heart reading about your experiences in Europe and most especially seeing how has God has gone before you to enrich your time there. Thanks for taking the time to visit Jenelle. She really enjoyed spending time with someone she knows and loves so dearly after being surrounded by strangers for so long. And she was so eager to share with us about your wonderful visit with the Dysons ... what a warm and special memory. Enjoy the remainder of your semester and continue to give God the glory.
