some cinque terre pictures

me making a fire

that little island beside the big mountian is where we camped out

sorry this is crooked....me climbing down some rocks

one of the villages

i really wish this one was straight. the water was so amazingly blue.

there are still a lot more pictures i want to post, but for some reason i can only get a few up a time. so these will have to suffice for now.

school has been sorta a drag lately, but only a few more weeks until summer!! i am trying to see as much of rome in my last weeks here as i can.

jenn williams reminded me of one of john piper's great quotes, and i have been trying to meditate on it lately...."God is most glorified in me when i am most satisfied in Him"

Cori....just got a chance to catch up a bit on your adventures......WOW! Your trip sounded so amazing. What a life-long memory. So great.

Somehow I find it encouraging that you are in Rome at school and still have to find your joy in the Lord. That's just a good reminder to me (who can struggle with "wander-lust") that it really doesn't matter where I am in the world......I will still only be satisfied in Jesus. [Sorry! I think that comes under the "misery loves company" catagory!] [:-)]

So ANYWAY.......work hard.....love God.....enjoy all His blessings.

We're so happy for you and all God is doing in your life.

Much love,
Cynthia H.

just think, in only 28 days I'll be able to look at all your pics for real, sitting right next to you on your couch! yippee! enjoy your last few weeks there--they'll fly by I'm sure, so do everything you wanted to do, go to, etc. cuz who knows when you'll be back in rome again, if ever? yes, be satisfied in God...great John Piper quote. I have that one written in so many journals! :-) well, love yah corpa! ciao!
